The College was pleased to host a visit from the Royal Veterinary College on Tuesday, 15th September as part of their "RVC on Tour" programme of events.
The programme included presentations and interactive activities such as bandaging, gloving and gowning and carrying out a one-handed tie.
Numerous students and their parents attended from Hereford Sixth Form College and from other schools and colleges in the region, and all enjoyed the event. They left with an up-to-date awareness of the courses on offer at the RVC, a taste of the activities students can expect to experience on these courses and the application process.
The courses included the BVetMed; the Veterinary Gateway Programme; BSc Bioveterinary Science and Veterinary Nursing. Please come to the Careers Department for more information on any of the above.
