Holocaust Memorial Day: 27th January 2010

Hanna Brady’s suitcase is now displayed in a holocaust museum in Japan. Hannah did not survive the concentration camp but her suitcase has taken her story to others who are seeking peace.

The College held a service of Nine Lessons and Carols at Holy Trinity Church, Whitecross Road on Friday, 11th of December. It began with a candlelight procession and Elizabeth Alexander singing Once in Royal David’s City.

WJEC is celebrating the achievements of its A level and Welsh Baccalaureate candidates, by awarding cash prizes and certificates to the highest achievers. Winner of the German prize is Vladislav Chiblis of Hereford Sixth Form College.
